We provide a comprehensive set of facilities designed to support academic, physical, emotional and social development.
The school has a well stocked junior library and a senior library, with an impressive index of titles, covering both fiction and nonfiction, resource/reference books, dailies and magazines. Our rich collection of books is updated regularly and students are encouraged to make full use of this facility to develop a love for books from an early age.
ICT is integrated throughout the curriculum as a teaching tool. An Active Board with a touch screen permits a dynamic interactive learning environment, facilitating the teacher's control of student's activity. Teaching in class is no longer restricted to traditional methods. Teaching faculty use computer-aided visuals and lectures with the latest graphic modules.
A separate indoor play area provides a safe atmosphere for our young students. Soft play areas and equipment provide a variety of activities for the students to be occupied.
These well equipped and spacious rooms provide a wide variety of resources aimed at stimulating the interests of young students during recreation time and also for specific class activities. Educational toys, puzzles, models, bricks, blocks are all carefully selected for the children to enjoy their kindergarten years and to develop their potential through the play way method.
CPS has a multi purpose hall inclusive of appropriate music system, seating arrangement and other necessities wherein activities and competitions are conducted for the students.
We have various labs which are well equipped as per norms — Computer, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, a composite science lab, Special Education lab and Psychology lab.
CPS has a fully equipped hall catering for many indoor sports such as Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom and Judo. We are basically specializing in Judo. We have extensive outdoor facilities for sports including a big field designed for outdoor games such as volleyball, kho-kho, kabaddi, yoga and football.
Students remain under the full supervision of their mother teachers once they enter the premises. For an even better control, CCTV is placed on all entries, exits and the main areas for monitoring the safety of students.
Awareness program on available career opportunities. CPS has a counselling cell for the students. A psychologist, through a series of tests, understands and rectifies the problem. The problem is also discussed with the parents for the betterment of the students.
The school provides dispensary facilities within the school premises. The dispensary serves all kinds of first aid, medicines and other minor medical services as per the emergency needs.
The Scouting and Guiding mission is to contribute to the kids' education through a value system based on a Scout Promise and Law, to help build a better world such that people are self-sustained as individuals and play a key role in building a constructive society.
